Northern Innovation Lab, Ghana Tech Lab to train the second cohort under the National Acceleration Program
The Northern Innovation Lab in partnership with Ghana Tech Lab is training the second cohort of the National Acceleration Program. This program seeks to address the demand for quality business support (with a priority on female-led businesses) towards the provision of high-quality Business Development Services (BDS) to existing businesses.
The aim of this training program is to make provision for business development support, finance, and market access and also create sustainable jobs for the individuals in the North-East Region of Ghana. The training will help startups position their businesses for investment or loans, reach markets within and outside of their respective regions. The program’s objective is designed to assist startups to identify gaps in their business models and ultimately work on filling those gaps.
The training program will run for the next six months. At the end of the acceleration program, startups from the North-East Region will have the opportunity to pitch for investment opportunities during the Ghana Startup Summit or apply for Startup Scaling Fund for financial access.
