17 PARTICIPANTS FROM 10 AFRICAN COUNTRIES BE TRAINED BY THE GERMAN AMBASSADOR TO GHANA.

The deputy German Ambassador to Ghana, Mr. Hans Helge Sander officially opened the Human Rights for field officers training to 17 participants from 10 African countries.
The week-long course will be offered at Kofi Annan International Peace Keeping training center( KAIPTC) with strong support from the German Government through Deutsche Gesellschaft Für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) Ghana.
The training aimed at building the capacities of participants to contribute to human rights Compliance, address Human rights mainstreaming in Africa and PSOs
In addition, the 17 participants will be trained
Human Rights is a broad field of study covering issues related to the “basic freedoms and rights to which every person is entitled.”
