Having skill development enhances the proficiency of a person in any particular area. When done, skill development can reduce underemployment, increase productivity and improve standards of living.
Don’t forget skills can be acquired if only individuals avail themselves of the service ahead. To help bring this to life, PHINKLIFE Institute for Social Impact is to educate the youth of Ahafo on skills development training.
The training is to take place at SDA church, Goaso on the 8th of march 2022 exactly 10:00 am on the theme; Preparing Ahafo Youth for job opportunities.
During the training, participants will benefit from knowing what employees really want; In-Depth training in personal branding, and how to draft working experience.
By the end of this training, participants will develop problem-solving skills.
Knowing that learning new skills will broaden the opportunities at the same time empower one as an individual.
