Ghana’s Startup Ecosystem is set to commemorate this year’s edition of the Ghana Startup Week (GSW22) on Thursday 17th – Saturday 19th November 2022 at the JACCD Design Institute Africa, North Legon and Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) Hall, Cantonments.

The 3-day event themed, “Collaborate, Innovate and Invest for Greater Impact” provides a wide spectrum of secure investment opportunities and cutting-edge business-savvy insights into the growth potentials in different sectors of Ghana’s economy and also brings the attention of investors from both local and foreign to connect with startups and young entrepreneurs in the country. The theme of the Week is perfectly aligned with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 8: “inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work for all”.

GSW’22 aims to promote ecosystem dialogue and knowledge management as an important driver of policy planning and implementation, as well as building capacities and highlighting the promising industrial sectors that attract investment, trade, and sustainability growth of our economy to drive the engagement of Start-ups, SMEs, Youth and Women entrepreneurs.

The event is filled with 6 key activities to inform, celebrate and promote networking among entrepreneurs and industry players. These activities include Students Entrepreneurship Forum, Young Entrepreneurs Summit, Ghana Venture Investment Forum, Ghana Startups Trade Fair, Ghana Startups Stakeholders Assembly, and the prestigious Young Entrepreneur Awards.

The 2022 edition of Ghana Startup Week is powered by Ghana Start-up Network, in partnership with Ghana Enterprises Agency (GEA), National Entrepreneurship and Innovations Program (NEIP), Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, National Youth Authority, Ghana Digital Centres Ltd, Venture Capital Trust Fund, Ghana Hubs Network, and National Union of Ghana Students.

Ghana Startup Network, therefore, wishes to invite all business owners, startups, young entrepreneurs, investors, industry stakeholders, and the general public to join us to dialogue and explore various ways to collaborate, innovate and invest to achieve greater impact for the nation.
