Team Developers of Kumasi Hive set out to build an app to make traveling easy and convenient for people.
The app which is in the process of building is set to ease the stress and enable individual travelers to buy their tickets via the app and track the bus to a pickup point. Inter-regional traveling has now become very hectic, especially joining a long queue before getting your ticket.
This app created by team developers of Kumasi Hive will connect the various stations like; Very Important Person (VIP), State Transport Corporation(STC), and other transport stations will be included in the app space for easy access.
Nobody likes to wait in line. In fact, customers would rather leave your premises or lose interest rather than wait in a long line because it feels like a waste of time.
In a situation like this, the app will see a queue management system where technology solutions streamline the customers queuing experience and will in the long end control the flow of people in your service. The app was demonstrated during Kumasi Startup Pitch Summit where trainers are prepared to present their projects to the jury for feedback and criticism. The Startup Pitch Summit was organized by Kumasi Hive Ghana.
This summit comes after 30 young unemployed graduates have gone through 6 intensive weeks of training. Kumasi Hive Ghana in partnership with Ghana Tech under the pathway to sustainable Employment program. This summit was focused on digital media and its potentials in the Kumasi entrepreneurial Ecosystem to Accelerate the creation of jobs.
Many Ghanaians are anticipating using this app since this will release a lot of stress and on the other side will motivate many to travel beyond Accra.
