Mental fortitude is essential for entrepreneurship. These people feel free and avoid fear but do not let it stop them from achieving their goals. 

Remember, most of our problems are created by our own distorted thinking.

Most of our distress comes from the discrepancy between how we envisage life and the way it actually is. The saying “It wasn’t meant to be like this ‘ is possibly a statement that has been uttered by most of us at some time in our lives. Acceptance of what is can make all the difference. Give up resistance and deal with what is. Just because things don’t go according to plan does not mean that all is lost.

Note that mental strength takes a long time to develop since knowing yourself well and applying life principles to better your results of knowing yourself. Tips to Know you are mentally Strong; 

You balance emotions with logic: to balance your emotions, you need to use practical decision-making to shape your decisions. Recognize that neither emotion nor logical reasoning is better than the other for making decisions. They are both completely valid. If you think that emotions are completely irrational and need to be suppressed then you’re ignoring a powerful portion of your mind that has kept people alive for hundreds of thousands of years.

The reason is that your unconscious mind is like an amazing pattern detector. It sees everything you see and makes connections without your being aware of them. Keep knowing more by first building up your own emotional understanding. Next time you have a feeling about something, ask yourself why you do. You get a bad vibe from someone, feel uneasy about work, suspect someone is lying. Ask yourself why you do. You won’t know at first. You may have to reflect on the question for weeks. But eventually you will figure out the exact patterns you picked up on that made you feel a certain way. 

Feeling confident in your ability to adapt to change and facing the fears that you have back.

Be bold as you can now balance your emotions and logic and apply confidence to everything you do and touch as a project or business project. Let your logic out of your fears and work daily on your work.
